Debbie Horner had found my house for me 17 years ago and I was very pleased with that transaction. Our sons were friends during elementary school, so I knew her through that relationship. Debbie had to deal with a very difficult buyer of my prior house as well (very demanding and high maintenance), but handled it with ease, so I knew that I wanted to work with her again!

I had originally received an offer above the listed price, but they backed out because of the HOA restrictions. No one could have predicted that. The final offer was a bit lower than I would have liked, but I trusted Debbie's advice based on the proximity to the holidays, etc. which made the actual sale price satisfactory.

Debbie guided me all along the way, from preparing the house for sale to completing the paperwork at closing. Her experience and advice helped me make the best decisions all along the way.
